The building is a little bigger than K'zoo, with the same flooring.
It holds two rings, plus about double the space for set-up. Very nice
kitchen, bathrooms and dining/meeting area.

Bob Evans is right across the street (hey, this is perfect in
February!) The street is just a little business drive, so you can
walk to it. There is also a America's Best motel right across the
street (yes, you can walk to this too) which charges $65 a night for a
double with dogs. If you prefer, there is also a Red Roof ($55) and a
Knights Inn on the other side of the overpass, about a 1/4 mile away
(You could walk this if you are adventuresome). Lots of restaurants
in the area.
